The DoctorDr. Raimand F. Khairallah Chiropractor

Dr. Raimand F. Khairallah

Dr. Raimand F. Khairallah, DC provides a friendly atmosphere for the entire family. Whether you are coming in with symptoms or not, our primary goal is to improve the function of your spinal column. We do this by locating and correcting misalignments of the spine, called subluxations. Spinal realignment relieves pain and symptoms and improves your overall quality of life.

Although we realize each patient has unique health goals, we want to offer more than just a temporary fix for continuing health concerns and pain. If we simply treat your symptoms without addressing the underlying conditions, those same symptoms will return over and over again, leaving you back where you started. Instead, we strive to bring your body into balance, improve functionality and help you to lead a more vibrant, active life.

of the Year and Volunteer of the Year in 2011

Dr. Rober G. Rashid, DC of Gudmundsson Chiropractic in Middleboro, MA, has helped thousands of patients relieve pain from a variety of causes, like auto accidents, sports injuries, and work injuries, as well as back and neck pain and headaches. He strives for excellence through superior patient treatment, education, and satisfaction.

Rashid returned to school to become a Doctor of Chiropractic after a brief post-college career in corporate life, flying around the country setting up new stores for a major box retailer. He studied at the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA, where he graduated with clinical honors. He has completed hundreds of hours of post-graduate education in training in Chiropractic technique, Neurology, Orthopedics, headaches, TMJ, nutrition, rehabilitation, sports injuries, and whiplash. He is listed on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners and is certified to perform Department of Transportation physicals.

Dr. Rashid has been established in the Middleboro and Lakeville community for over 20 years, serving his internship under Dr. Owen Mellody at Mellody Chiropractic in Fairhaven, MA, and then taking over Gudmundsson Chiropractic in 1997. He moved here from Illinois to take over the practice, following others in his family who were already in the health sciences field.

His refreshing philosophy of “if it isn’t broken, leave it alone” and his innovative established patient walk-in policy demonstrate that he values each patient’s time just as he values his own. He realizes that you know your body better than he does, so you should only be treated when you need it. His walk-in policy, which allows you to fit your adjustments into your schedule, is the perfect arrangement for misalignments caused by stress or environmental factors. However, for misalignments caused by trauma, he will craft a more structured regiment.

Philanthropy is an integral part of his life and he demonstrates this passion when he describes the work that he does. Dr. Rashid believes that his philanthropy and charity work are actually for his own benefit. When people ask what he gets out of it, he says it always makes him feel great both in his heart and his mind. He thanks God that he has the means and ability to express himself through philanthropic work and donations.

Dr. Rashid is a Shriner, assisting in looking after the transportation and housing needs of families served by the renowned Shriners Hospitals for Children. His many sponsorships include sports groups like the Middleboro Cobras, a team in the Eastern Football League, and the Little League of Nemasket River. He is also a Rotarian and a Toastmaster where he is a popular Master of Ceremonies.

A cigar aficionado and a Massachusetts Ambassador for Cigar Rights for the lobbying group Cigar Rights of America, Dr. Rashid enjoys camaraderie with other cigar smokers, who he believes are the most sociable and least contentious of any group.

After Dr. Rashid treats you at Gudmundsson Chiropractic, you will feel like a million bucks. And that feeling lasts for a long time. He has successfully helped patients with all sorts of health conditions by positively affecting their nervous systems. And his innovative walk-in policy for established patients shows that he cares about your time.
